Tasks:

Review user reports regarding website content
Daily content compliance monitoring and corrective measures application


Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures
Propose solutions to improve the support of user community
Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.


Skills:

C2/Fluent in German or Czech Intermediate level in English
Able to cover 24/7 shift rotation
Excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills
Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Able to objectively evaluate and classify the content.

Yearly Base salary: 15260€/gross (paid in 14 instances) (12 months Experimente)
15680 (24 months Experimente)




Language Premium (German 3240/gross (paid in 12 instances)

Yearly Transportation allowance: 720 €/gross (paid in 12 instances)
Meal allowance: 7.63€ daily (paid monthly, in a meal card)
Annual bonus: 5% of base salary (dependent on performance)
Health insurance (which can also cover spouse and children)
One year fixed term contract, with 30 day probation period
Relocation Package (only applicable if reallocating from outside of Portugal)
2000€ (gross) relocation bonus

Company support taking care of all necessary documentation (NIF/NISS), if requiredSign on bonus available for German VCA 5000€ paid in 3 instances – first one once training is concluded, second after 90 days into their work contract and the remainder 6 months after. /amount need to be returned if 1 year contract will not be complied

(Scheme) Joining date -> successful training (first payment), initiates work contract -> 90 days into their work contract (second payment) -> 180 days after 2nd payment (third payment)
