DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients
Respond to customers queries in timely and efficient manner
Create a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy
Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions
Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients
Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native level Romaniab, both oral and written. Fluent in English
At least 6 months Customer Service will be considered as an advantage
Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Excellent communication skills with solid negotiating skills
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Comfortable communicating over the phone
Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
Customer oriented role experience will be considered as an advantage
Academic degree will be considered as an advantage.
