System Analyst (m/f) – Dutch or German Speaker

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage systems access approvals from the Client and its end customers, partners and third parties
Manage access controls for the personnel
Perform security license validation
Prepare report of individuals' access to the systems
Forward any system requests/changes to appropriate Client's approver
Perform CRM zero-testing
Perform business systems projects
Provide incident Management and Support
Perform ground plan maintenance
Perform escalations for service confirmation
Customer Account Management
Provide standard and non-standard service delivery reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Dutch or German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Minimum 3 years experience in same/similar role
Relevant Educational degree with corresponding work experience in the related area of work
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Experienced in analysing and documenting business and technical processes
Extensive hands-on experience in Industry leading products for ticketing, call management
Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
Analytical mindset with great critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
