Sales Operations Specialist (Remote Full-time

You are a dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly collaborative Sales Operations Specialist, who will play a critical role in helping the Business Operations and Accounts & Community teams in providing outstanding service in various sales operations practices.


You will demonstrate deep proficiency in contract, data, and systems management and develop a working knowledge of the business organization and products, procurement, and customer relations. You will be working closely with the Account Managers worldwide.


You will be on the path of becoming the product owner of Salesforce and be strongly involved with various data analytics and reporting projects.


Reports to: Director of Operations




You will



  • Maintain the Salesforce CRM as admin (or path to admin) and be on the path of becoming the product owner of Salesforce.

  • Be the point of contact with client procurement teams, responsible for registering the company in Clients? portals when needed and fulfilling the company?s information requests.

  • Work closely with our legal team to coordinate the contractual aspect of new business and renewal.

  • Draft and share order forms with clients.

  • Prepare reports and dashboards for Management.

  • Assure data accuracy in the CRM and other relevant platforms



You Have:



  • Bachelor?s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Finance or another related field

  • 1 to 3 years? of relevant sales operations experience, within a SaaS growth company, preferred

  • Salesforce admin experience, certification desired or willingness to become certified.

  • Analytical ability and toolkit including BI dashboarding, reporting, and predictive analytics.

  • Demonstrated record of using analytical skills to improve business processes and outcomes and communication with business leaders and stakeholders.

  • Excellent English skills in writing and spoken language.

  • All-around ?business athlete? who is intellectually curious, highly analytical, and purposefully strategic

  • Passion for continuous innovation and improvement of business processes

  • Self-starter mentality, be independent in making your own decision, and solve problems

  • Agile mindset (sprints, product goal, adapt)

  • Self-educator (sign up for a course, we will take care of the cost)

  • Enjoys flat hierarchy (need something from the COO? Ping him)
