Field Marketing Manager Full-time

Tasks:

· Creates and programs new websites in our CMS

· Runs communication for events and webinars (using the Marketing Automation System, eg. Marketo, SFDC, etc.)

· Works with the marketing teams to ensure that all web content meets a high standard.

· Works with the marketing teams and external agencies to create new web content, and publish this to the country websites.

· Implements a program of continuous improvement, using analytics to identify weak content and working with content owners to make improvements. · Creates and implements a regional digital strategy for web aligned to global priorities. Manages budget to determine how it is spent across priority areas

Key Accountabilities

· Coordination, creation/conception and implementation of new web and event pages as well as localization of globally created content in the Fujitsu Content Management System for the CE Internet.

o Coordination of translations o Working with international agencies and teams · Communication for various events in CE (using marketing automation systems)

o Consultant to CE Marketing team

o Creation of invitations and newsletters o Coordination/proof reading/organizing translation of communication content

o Development and maintenance of send out workflows

o Reporting KPIs to internal stakeholders · Identify trends and insights in the above-mentioned working areas and thus optimizing structure, content, workflows etc.

Profile:

· A good knowledge and experience in HTML5, CSS3, js and some design skills (PhotoShop)

· Experience with a multi-layer corporate marketing CMS such as SDL Tridion or Sitecore, publishing content to multiple websites

· Experienced in designing, creating and optimizing web and event sites · Experience working on corporate sites within a complex global organization · Google Analytics report generation and turning analytics into recommendations for improvement (SEO, SEA, etc.)

· Experienced in using marketing automation systems ? preferable Marketo and SFDC

· Good understanding of digital marketing as a whole including user behaviors and trends

· Understanding of digital best practice in areas like usability, accessibility, content quality, search engine optimization, data privacy (GDPR and PECR)

· Good communication especially written, presentation, networking and influencing skills.

· Confidence to represent regional requirements at the global level · Experience of managing multiple stakeholders on complex projects including agencies and internal stakeholders

· Budget management and balancing competing priorities

· Digital copywriting skills, including optimisation

Skills of programming websites using HTML5, CSS3, js and others

· Experience with marketing automation tools · Good technical competence with willingness to learn new tools

· IT literate with excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Team player and comfortable working in remote teams

· Excellent attention to detail

· Open to working across different cultures and addressing different agendas

· Ability to work with different people including senior business stakeholders (internal and external) as well as agencies.

· German (native) and (fluent) English language
