What you?ll achieve
As a SAP BASIS Service Delivery, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers? priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement.
You will:

• 
  Be responsible for daily?s SAP BASIS service deliver activities.
• 
  Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to SAP projects and customer needs.
• 
  Have knowledge and proven experience with SAP Basis daily tasks including troubleshooting, tuning and incident resolution.
• 
  Work closely with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Requirements

• 
  SAP Netweaver products, upgrades and system refreshes
• 
  SAP BASIS experience with SAP BODS, SAP PI, Solution Manager configurations, etc.
• 
  SAP HANA scale-out and standalone, administration, optimization and replication.
• 
  SAP Certifications in SAP HANA, S/4HANA, Netweaver.
• 
  Administration knowledge with Operating System (Unix/Windows/Linux), and Database Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/ MaxDB)
