What you?ll achieve:


As an Inside Sales Representative within Dell Technologies Services you will act as the single point of contact for all client?s services needs from Support, Deployment, Consulting, Education, Residency to Managed Services.

Main responsibility in your role is to identify sales opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle end-to-end to support customers on their digital transformation journey.


You will:


  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on the services portfolio and be a dedicated resource to Dell Technologies internal sales community, customers, distributors and channel partners.

  • Engage with customers to better understand their business needs and strategic growth objectives to advise on the best IT solution to master their Digital Transformation journey
  • Take ownership and responsibility of the entire Israeli market, identify new market opportunities and grow existing accounts

  • Sell the entire Dell Technologies Services portfolio in the Israeli market across industries to companies of all sizes

  • Interact with the Services Sales Teams, Core Sales Account Teams, internal stakeholders, decision makers at the customer side up to CxO Level

Here?s what we are looking for with this role:


Essential Requirements

  • 3+years of experience in IT Sales with a proven track record in leading services sales engagements, exceeding sales quotas by driving and closing major deals.

  • Ability to build and maintain trustful, long-term strategic relationships.

  • Passion for technology and sales, with an ambition to succeed within a sales role

  • Technical knowledge of Clients, Server, Storage and Cloud, basic understanding of Dell Technologies solutions portfolio is a plus

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Portuguese and English


Desirable Requirements

  • IT / Business related degree

  • Up-to-date knowledge on new IT products, technology & xaaS offerings
