Portugal has a very strong legacy in respiratory, dermatology, pain, cardiovascular, central nervous system and other important franchises. This role will manage marketing for those franchises that in Organon are part of Established Brands. Locally this portfolio represents approximately 50% of actual Organon sales in Portugal.


Our portfolio is in a healthy position and well recognized by our customers.
The Brand & Customer Manager will lead the local franchise strategy working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director.


Due to the different market events that we are facing there are great opportunities and challenges requiring business transformations.

As a Brand & Customer Manager this will be the main responsibilities of the position:
o Drive results and achieve financial milestones and specific strategic goals for the full portfolio, including key franchises
o Develop strategy for full portfolio, establishing short term objectives and long term roadmap and delivering brand plans for each franchise
o Optimize commercial trade channels strategy and results
o Identify & implement innovative strategic projects to ensure business growth through improving customer experience
o Develop and implement an omni-channel approach to leverage communication with different customers/stakeholders
o Collect and analyze data to increase customer understanding, to identify business opportunities and to drive strategic decisions
o Create and maintain strong relationship with key customers and stakeholders to provide value to health care providers and patients
o Collaborate with various functions, including Business Development, Commercial Operations, Finance and other areas to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation of business plans
o Own, develop, monitor and correct as needed the annual profit plan and long-range plan while managing the promotional budget
o Ensure an optimal demand forecast focusing on short and long term


Education:

  • University degree (Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or Life Sciences preferred)
  • MBA / Postgraduate highly valuable


Experience Required:· 3-5 years in Marketing with at least 5-7 years of experience in Healthcare, FMCG, Animal Health, Dermo-Cosmetics, or other fast paced industry.
