This position will be responsible for leading initiatives and activities that support Business Analysis, CRM, SFE and Data transformation to support business requirements and the local organization. Partner with Business unit team to improve customer engagement metrics and analytics, and ensuring that Leadership and Managers have the information and insights


Key activities and functions for this role include, but not limited to:
  • Manage CRM/SFE integrated approach and optimize Customer engagement analytics and processes across channels
  • Monitor activity performance data and track progress ensuring data quality and clean-up across databases, ensuring data quality standards are met
  • Ensure development, delivery, implementation reporting and monitoring of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) to achieve key business objectives (Segmentation & Targeting, Resource Allocation, Sales Force Design, Territory Alignment, Call Planning and Incentives)
  • Use data modelling practices and modern data visualization systems Spotfire/ Tableau/ PowerBI/ QlikSense/ Google Analytics) to analyze findings and identify strategic and operational improvements and changes related with Data and Analytics
  • Good understanding of IQVIA & HRM database and reporting tools
  • Analyze primary and secondary market research, digital analytics and/or customer data to facilitate discussion on root cause identification & action planning
  • Support and coach Sales, Marketing on appropriate analytics and forecasting strategies to address the key strategic questions
  • Support Marketing with research plans for each Therapeutical Area/Brand, and for other areas of the organization
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate SOP?s, policies and guidelines in liaison with IT, Data Privacy and Compliance Teams


Education, Skills & Experience Required


EDUCATION: University degree from accredited university


EXPERIENCE
  • Required at least 2 years in pharma industry, experience in Data Analytics and CRM Tools, preferably Salesforce/Veeva
  • Experience using problem solving and analytical skills to identify business solutions
  • Proven experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Proficient in Statistical Methods and systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience handling unstructured data and formulating reports
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications and other clouds certifications will be a plus.
  • Ideal candidates will be familiar with multiple of the following technologies:Veeva/salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Janrain and google analytics)
  • Exposure to Innovation methodologies (Design thinking/Agile) & collaborative tools in remote (TEAMS, ONEDRIVE, YAMMER, ONENOTE ETC)


SKILLS:

  • Ability to organize, frame and clearly articulate complex issues and findings in a simple and effective manner for consumption by non-technical teams
  • Excellent analytical skills to power your ability to conduct thorough research and data analyse
  • A pragmatic approach to solutioning, with ability to work with ambiguity and missing data and distinguish relevant from irrelevant information
  • Appetite for new trends related to innovation & technology to drive business results
  • Strategic thinking, working across boundaries, versatility and high organized
  • Diligence, curiosity and the ability to inspire others through presentation of ideas and solutions
