Indirect Sales Specialist (m/f), Lisbon Full-time

Vortal?s operation on the supplier side is led by our Business Network Team, which we are reinforcing. The primary tasks will be to work closely and cooperate with both our partners and operators to get new sales, and monitor Vortal?s outbound, inbound and telesales partner, assuring its full engagement and motivation, towards an increasingly customer satisfaction, loyalty and lifetime value. In this role you study the reasons why the customer purchases our solutions, and think upstream to provide clients with new features/solutions and enable them to become long-term users, avoiding waivers. We are currently looking for someone who is passionate about sales and knows what it means to go ?above and beyond? to delight our broad community of customers.



Responsibilities


Ensure New Sales and Community KPI?s to achieve the satisfaction of internal and external customers and the full engagement and high level of motivation of both the partner and the operators;
Be accountable for specific lines of revenue of the company, managing both the partner and the processes in order to ensure the most efficient and productive way to guarantee those goals;
Monitor and accompany in real time the operations of the sales teams of our Customer Service partner, analyzing why customers use the platform, how can they derive more value from the product, and how can we increase its usage and prevent abandonments;
Act as the guide of the sales teams: constantly think of different strategies to increase the sales revenue (e.g.: rewriting the scripts of the commercial agents, provide a structured plan of commercial training for the agents, etc.);
Look for original ways of approaching the market, preparing campaigns or other ?out of the box? commercial action plans that can attract potential customers and recommend potential products or services.



Education


Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication Sciences or other.



Experience


3-5 years of experience in inside Sales Department and/or a Commercial team, or similar;
Experience in interpreting data analytics and deriving insights that drive customer value.

English proficiency (required), Spanish proficiency (valued);
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (running and creating functions, pivot tables, and charts).
