Client Manager | Trainee (m/f), Lisbon Full-time

VORTAL?s global customer support operation is led by our Business Network Team, which we are reinforcing. Besides this, this team is also responsible for delivering pioneer solutions and valuable services on top of open data, market intelligence and procurement interoperability to improve customer experience and help SMEs working with the public and private sector nationally and internationally, to increase the number of business opportunities, improve competitiveness and maximize commercial performance.


You will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients and services? renewal, in a multi-national context, integrated in a hybrid human-digital customer success program


Responsibilities


Plan, implement and monitor commercial activity and customer management;
Ensure the objectives of sales to new customers and management of the current customer portfolio;
Execution of service promotion campaigns with customers;
Ensure reporting of commercial activity, sales estimates and definition of new targets;
Identify opportunities, according to the existing portfolio of services;
Manage access profiles and usage of the platform;
Control and execute commercial back-office processes.


Education


Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication Sciences or equivalent.


Experience


Recent Graduate/Master;
Experiences in working inside a Sales Department and a Commercial team is valorized.


Skills & Knowledge


Ability to work in team, being ambitious and proactive;
Critical and analytical spirit, fast-learner, with great communication skills!
Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Multi-tasking;
Dynamism and results oriented;
Autonomy and Accountability;
English proficiency (required), Spanish proficiency (valued).
