Site Admin and Director's Assistant Full-time

About This Job:

High-quality and service-oriented general management for Director's Office and all Lines of Business' Higher Management. Availability to all Leadership team on daily needs and concerns. Promote and provide the best employee engagement and retention through the design, plan and execution of activities, and events. Promptness in Site Director's requests.



Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct assistance to Site Director. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with respect for sensitive and proprietary information flow

  • Successfully handle a high volume of work and balance priorities to meet established deadlines.

  • Prepare agendas, reports, or presentations for internal and external meetings

  • Report and email correspondence within the day to day activities

  • Design and coordinate employee engagement activities

  • Plan and execute corporate events

  • Plan and execute employee engagement and charity events

  • Support to Facilities on related matters

  • Welcome and assist Executive visits. Plan of business dinners, support in flight and accommodation logistics. General assistance

  • Effectively communicate with Corporate Office about local events as to obtain support and marketing material

  • Embrace other duties assigned

Requirements:


  • Bilingual ? English fluency required (verbal and written)

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Outstanding communication and public speaking skills

  • Represent the organization to the public, key stakeholders, and business partners

  • Proactive

  • Available to work flexible hours

  • Available to start on January 2021 and to work from the office in Albufeira

  • Skills on presentation tools, create presentations for meetings

  • Minimum 1yr previous experience in a similar role

Offer Details:


  • Base salary + 2 extra months of salary

  • Food allowance (average of 150?/month)

  • Private health insurance
