Your Profile



- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and advanced in English (C1)

- You enjoy dealing with people

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- You have an international mindset

- You are a professional team player with great problem-solving attitude

- You are able to work 160 hours a month from Monday to Sunday between 7am and 7pm

- Six months of experience in customer service is required



Your Responsibilities



- Offer assistance, answer questions and provide information to clients in your language

- Provide assistance with the mobile app

- Process reports on lost or stolen cards
