Internal Services Support - Admin & Operations (m/f/d)


100% Remote, based out of any location in Portugal



  • This role can be based out of any location of the above-mentioned employment locations. You must be an official resident in the employment country to be considered for this role.

Our global consulting team provides a long-term expertise in the Life Sciences Industry and works globally with our clients. Our ambition is to become the leading business and technology consultancy that understands the unique challenges within the different industry segments in Life Sciences.


For our Internal Service team in Lisbon, we are looking for a full-time employee. As we plan to continue our rapid growth there is the possibility to develop the role beyond the current responsibilities in the future.




Your responsibilities:



  • Admin and controlling support for Client contracting and engaging activities

  • Prepare Client Invoices in connection with project managers

  • Support central Finance team for month and year end activities

  • Support with data and information to ensure governance and compliance adherence

  • Ad-hoc support for various internal management activities for the global management team




Your qualifications:



  • Previous experience with accounting and billing information systems

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in an accounting role or in an R2R shared service centre function

  • Strong capabilities in MS Office (especially in Excel but also PowerPoint & Word)

  • Able to manage complex spread sheets and manage the data in a consistent manner

  • Experience developing and working with VBA/Macros

  • Talent to work with numbers

  • Structured work approach and attention to details

  • High level of organizational & time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and proactively with limited supervision

  • Able to work with absolute confidentiality about personnel, financial and other company information with internal employees or external agencies

  • Self-starter, highly motivated and experienced to work with remote teams across the globe

  • Customer service mindset

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluency in written and spoken English




Nice to haves:



  • Experience working with reporting tools, such as PowerBI or similar reporting tools

  • Experience with task automation products, such as: Power Apps from Microsoft

  • Prior experience doing first-hand IT-support

  • Experience managing and maintaining Database is advantageous

  • Knowledge of API

  • German or Mandarin basic communication skills
