WTX was recently founded to disrupt how heavy-duty vehicles trade globally and we believe the current process of buying or selling trucks worldwide is too complicated, nontransparent, and underoptimized. It doesn't need to be this way...
Our mission is to make the whole experience of trading trucks globally seamless, from finding a truck online to more efficiently and reliably being delivered with matching technology.
We are powered by KI group, investors, and partners in the industry with a proven track record of co-founding and running successful and impactful businesses worldwide.
The People Xperience team is now growing and looking to fill some of the roles needed to tackle different business challenges.
We have a remote-friendly policy, so our team members are able to work from home but also leverage our cool office in the center of Lisbon (Avenida Almirante Reis).
Up for the challenge?


You will be responsible for:




  • Play an active role in the People Experience team facilitating the best work experience ever to all employees;

  • Manage end-to-end People processes such as onboarding, payroll, comp & ben and admin procedures;

  • Support hiring process;

  • Support with local employment law topics (work contracts, local regulation);

  • Keep employees' information updated (e.g. headcount, time-off record);

  • Help to implement People policies and processes locally;

  • Contact person to employees, acting as the first level of support and providing consistent information to employees;

  • Run office ops to ensure the team is equipped with everything needed to work efficiently;

  • Boost the team culture locally;

  • Manage relationships with providers and support with orders and accounting;

  • Provide general support to visitors.
    As a People Specialist you?ll own full People lifecycle processes, working together with the team and internal stakeholders.



To ensure your success, you?ll need:




  • 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles (ideally, in Tech companies);

  • Good knowledge of PT labor legislation;

  • Experience in admin tasks and mandatory procedures by law (ex.: Social Security, taxes, etc.);

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, excellent Excel skills;

  • Proficiency in English;

  • Ability in problem-solving;

  • Data-driven and fast learner;

  • You own your tasks and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within small and talented teams;

  • A team player and an autonomous multitasker and time manager.

Our recruitment process is comprised of 4 stages:




  • 1st
    : PX Interview

  • 2nd: Tech Interview

  • 3rd: Tech Challenge

  • 4th: Final Interview
