Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day needs and perform clerical duties


• Ensure office organization/cleanliness/functioning: identity and coordinate corrective actions, follow up with suppliers


• Monitor all office equipment and office space


• Manage stocks: consumables, merchandising and office supplies


• Manage preventive maintenance actions with suppliers


• Manage facilities related info using internal communication channels


• Cleaning team Management


• Suppliers/3rd parties management & procurement: POs, deliveries and follow up


• Health and Safety related tasks


• Support company events and internal ongoing activities (perks)


• Manage travel platform and provide reports do finance team


• Manage booking tool


• Admin support to People team, IT team and MKT team


• Admin support to Finance team: Invoices validation and financial/consumptions reports/data


• Manage mailroom and mail/shipping requests


• Security/Access Control Management


• Service desk management, requests screening, assignment and follow up


• Act as Manager backup


• Welcoming visits and new hires

Requirements:

• Good written and oral communication skills in English


• Microsoft Office


• Must be able to multitask and prioritize
