Main Responsabilities:

• Ensure office organization/cleanliness and proper functioning, coordinate interventions upon malfunctioning, schedule and follow up


• Monitor all office equipment


• Monitor preventive/corrective maintenance actions;
  
• Cleaning team Management
  
• Suppliers/3rd parties management, procurement, place orders, schedule deliveries and follow up
  
• Health and Safety related tasks
  
• Support to events and internal activities/perks


• Manage travel platform and trip requests for new hires and provide reports do finance team


• Assist on administrative tasks, that includes admin support to People team, invoices validation/ fw to Finance department or produce reports
  
• Manage mailroom and mail/Shipping requests
  
• Security Management, issuing new access cards, remove access, maintain visitors cards log


• Service desk management, requests screening, assignment and follow up; manage colleague?s expectations


• Welcoming visits
