Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.



Job Description


The eUniversity Admin ensures that University Items are available on the HR Global Model Learning Administration IT-Tool.


Users can register for an eUniversity License in HR Global Learning/CptM. After the registration, the eUniversity Admin acts. Alternatively, the same process can be triggered by a batch order, outside HR Global.


Your responsibility as a HRS Executive - eUniversity Admin is going to include two major areas:


  • Administration and support of eUniversity platforms
    • Extract eUniversity booking information;
    • Adds users to the eUniversity platforms;
    • Create Items for eUniversity in Learning Management System;
    • Extraction of Statistic data from eUniversity platforms to be shared with different HR departments inside Bosch;
    • Transfer eUniversities licenses across associates;
    • Support end Users with eUniversity platform handling;
    • Management of eUniversities assignment profile for associates in Germany with Workers Council agreement.

  • Plan, organize and follow-up information and workgroup meetings for the different learning communities

  • Development of information and Marketing Material;
  • Management of eUniversities Bosch communities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Economics, Busines Management or similar;
  • English proficiency in a C1 level;
  • Experience and strong knowledge in MS-Office;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
