Job Description


Your contribution to something big:


You will be a member of the Learning & Development team with the purpose of administrate all courses on behalf of defined locations and support local HR with system handling queries. Your core responsibilities will be:



  • Management of Training sessions for all defined locations ensuring the correct maintenance of the mandatory data for specific legal requirements;

  • Ensure the correct cost allocation of training fees;

  • Support and enable HRL with system handling;

  • Main contact for the locations, Training Providers and Instructors;

  • Support with event management (booking of training rooms; booking of catering; printing material; book support material?);

  • Align training dates with suppliers/instructors.





Qualifications


What distinguishes you:



  • High school degree mandatory / Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Management or similar preferable;

  • Mandated English at a minimum of C1 Level; German is a plus;

  • Experience in training area and course administration is a plus;

  • Professional experience in HR and/or HR shared services is a plus;

  • Knowledge of SAP Success Factors is a plus;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Strong customer and service orientation;

  • Strong levels of organization, autonomy, proactiveness and problem solving.
