We have been working with diverse clients such as Wolt, Cargo One, i2x, Leaspome, Solarisbank, etc. to help them build the internal TA team and successfully help them scale up by finding the best talent.

Tasks

• You will be working alongside 60+ team members and help scale the team.


• You will take over admin related to People Operations (accounts creation and maintenance, pre-boarding, contracts, off-boarding).


• You will coordinate the onboarding process while scheduling and hosting sessions, maintain a very welcoming culture.


• You will support the improvement of the existing internal processes and support the creation of the new ones along the company growth.


• You will be responsible for coming up with the new concepts on how we can stay in touch as a remote team.


• Internal communication - you will come up with ways how information is better spread across the growing team, via slack, newsletter, videos or alternative ways.


• You will be working closely with People Operations team to keep Tribe team members happy and engaged.


• You will be the lucky person to coordinate our yearly company retreats.

Requirements

• Any experience from HR background is a plus.


• Creativity and proactiveness.


• High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.


• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.


• Ability to handle confidential information.


• Strong focus on automation, lean processes, and tools


• Passion for People and strong team player.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, minimum C1 is essential.
