About the job Salesforce Administrator


WHO YOU ARE


    • A professional with practical and hands-on experience in implementing, managing Salesforce solutions in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

    • Salesforce Administrator certified

    • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and/or Sales Cloud Consultant certified - a plus

    • A professional with configuration experience in Lightning experience

    • Experienced in setting up reports and dashboards

    • Able to translate business requirements into innovative Salesforce solutions

    • A self-starter and motivated individual who works well under pressure

    • Able to multitask, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines

    • Effective communicator with all levels of management

    • Proficient in English, written and spoken

    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Experience providing 2nd line support of salesforce service cloud and sales cloud (Lightning). Marketing Cloud is a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO


    • Triage incidents raised by users and diagnose whether the system is working as intended and identify which components of the system needs to be remedied

    • Resolve defects / bugs in the setup, configuration, etc. of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud

    • Define, document user stories and business processes

    • Develop detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria for target improvements.

    • Test, demo and provide post-deployment support for solutions delivered, from small enhancements to large projects.

    • Leverage knowledge of best practices and build reports and dashboards.

    • Provide train-the-trainer on process and system changes.

    • If required, coordinate across multiple support teams if the incident relates to non-salesforce components

    • Create or update How To?s and provide knowledge transfer to our internal 1st level support team.

    • Interact with product managers and business representatives to ensure the system solutions meet the functional requirements

    • Work on functional specs and test scripts

    • Work with business and other functions as needed on process implementation planning including UAT support

    • Work in an Agile environment with a service mindset, keeping always the customer in your mind. You will question and offer alternatives to ideas and solutions brought to the team in the spirit of delivering on your customer needs and aligning with the overall strategy for Salesforce development at FARFETCH.
