Campaign Bulletin Management: Preparation of campaign bulletin to cover all offers and incentives for print and digital, any non-brochure offers (tele sales packs and offers) and special offers rules. Requires also accurate descriptions of long-term rules. Obtain Bulletin sign off from all relevant stakeholders. Add any new incentives/offers to offer catalogue.
Testing: Test all rules set up. Create test orders and own testing of live orders. Manage the process end to end to ensure sign off is obtained to process live orders. Validation of all product price and other attributes (as entered by Campaign Set Up Specialist) to mitigate risk of errors.
Live campaign maintenance process: Leading on all late requests, handling of all errors in live environment. End to end management of issues, with escalation when required.
Campaign Analysis and Ad hoc tasks: Create and run reports to provide insight and adjustments to process as relevant on the campaign process. Support projects that influence billing process. Keeping procedures according to EMEA campaign preparation procedures
Meeting Management: Meeting lead for all relevant meetings in process (campaign Prep, campaign Plan, review bulletin?etc.) with all relevant stakeholders.

Perfil ideal

Educated to degree/high level in any discipline
Must have knowledge on a campaign cycle, brochure, offers, and the order to cash process. Also requires a working knowledge of Marketing, Sales support, Business intelligent and customer support processes and an awareness of cosmetics industry.
Proven experience with writing and executing test scripts
Previous experience working with an ERP system
Working knowledge in all Microsoft Office packages
Fluent in English: both written and spoken and proven strong communicator
