Senior Consultant, SAP SuccessFactors Full-time

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.


Hydro?s global SAP SuccessFactors Application Management Team is responsible for managing the SAP SuccessFactors applications for Hydro and perform user support to the HR community in Hydro.

We are currently a team of 11 people (8 in India, 1 in Hungary, 1 in the US and 1 in Norway) working with functional and technical Application Management. We are now looking to strengthen our team by hiring a resource in Hungary or central Europe with experience from supporting HR processes, preferably Compensation and Variable pay (Bonus) processes, in a multinational company, either from HR operations side or from HR system admin side.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Contribute to system set-up supporting multi country compensation and variable pay processes

  • Support to HR globally in the annual Compensation and Variable Pay processes

  • Involve in support to HR users and system admin work across the modules in SAP SuccessFactors

  • Be aprt of the Application Management team that handles all changes to the SAP SuccessFactors system

  • When needed, participate in change projects


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


  • Experience from and knowledge of Compensation and Variable Pay (Bonus) processes and with strong interest in systems and how systems support the HR processes
  • Bachelor?s degree or higher

  • Relevant experience from a larger industrial and/or international business
  • Experience from SAP SuccessFactors is a +

  • Good MS Office skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • High delivery capacity; must be able to handle tight deadlines and to work on several tasks simultaneously

  • Willingness to develop new skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
