We are looking for a highly self-driven Global Talent Acquisition Specialist in Portugal to manage our global recruiting from end to end.

As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible to:

· Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to support and develop optimized recruiting strategies that attract top talent to be one solutions

· Successfully manage full life-cycle recruiting for IT, sales, admin and finance positions.

· 90% sourcing – Build solid pipelines and prospect passive talent by utilizing creative sourcing methods.

· Coordinate and conduct remote video interviews with speed and efficiency

· Weekly data and metrics reporting on interviewing activity.

· Maintaining the recruitment database to ensure that we are able to track potential candidates effectively.

· Working alongside senior managers and providing on going service and support throughout the recruitment process

· Collaborating in projects to assist recruitment including our employee referral scheme, developing the employer brand and any potential advertising strategies. Being a company ambassador, networking and attracting talent.

· Supporting onboarding activities, leading on and participating in a wide range of ad hoc projects which helps us to continually evolve ad improve our employee experience.

Required Qualifications:

· English level: Fluent (Speaking, Reading and Writing)

· At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing for technological positions.

· At least 1 year of experience working for a high-tech company

· Strong sourcing capabilities – Proven experience identifying and engaging passive candidates: Vast experience in data mining/Boolean searches for sourcing purposes and social media engagement.

· Vast experience in conducting interviews, writing reviews and checking references

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Strong project management skills – demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.

· Bachelor’s Degree ? Mandatory
