We are looking for a highly self-driven HR Generalist Trainee in Portugal.

As an HR Generalist Trainee, you will be participating in:

· Full life-cycle recruiting for IT, sales, admin and finance positions.

· Sourcing for passive candidates and create a talent pipeline.

· Remote video interviews.

· Maintaining the recruitment database to ensure that we are able to track potential candidates effectively.

· Onboarding activities: welcoming emails, gathering candidate?s information for hiring process, update employees file.

· Daily HR administrative tasks in order to ensure the appropriate support to all team members.

Required Qualifications:

· English level: Fluent (Speaking, Reading and Writing)

· Bachelor’s Degree ? Mandatory

· Strong communication skills

· Willingness to learn on job in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

· Home office position

· Full time 12-month Internship Contract (Estágio Extracurricular remunerado)
