Revenue



The Indie Campers Revenue team works across the user lifecycle to develop a compelling global marketplace and community around road trips. We employ data and insights to help us best acquire, engage, serve, monetise and retain travellers and hosts across all of our territories to ensure that our customers are able to go on amazing road trips around the world. The Revenue team consists of our Customer Excellence, Marketing, Supply, Revenue Management and Data teams, so the work you do will depend on your particular blend of skills but will always be customer-centric, data-driven and collaborative as we work on increasing customer choice, value and satisfaction. Lisbon



Our Lisbon office is located in the city center, known for its beautiful landscape, history and vibrant cultural scene. It is a place where our Product and Technology, Operations and Revenue teams meet informally, co-create together, have fun during lunch and enjoy our lovely barbecues at our terrace.




The Role



As Reputation & Community Lead, you'll be handling IndieCampers' presence across all online communities and ensuring we generate positive engagement. The role requires a deep understanding of the social media landscape and how to leverage its functionalities through strategic storytelling to engage our audience. It also requires an understanding of trust, reputation and review platforms - and how to leverage these to improve our online presence and positioning. This role will work closely with global and local functions within content, media and strategy to plan, execute and evaluate social media marketing initiatives.




What you´ll do:



  • Run Indie Campers' brand social accounts in Europe and USA, leading to an increase in organic traffic, followers, and engagement.

  • Frame and package stories in a creative, engaging way and develop a unique voice on our social accounts that's locally relevant for Indie Campers' market.

  • Interact and respond to consumers' reactions and questions through engaging community management.

  • Manage content from contributors and partner with external talent.

  • Execute and update social media content plans in collaboration with global and local functions. This will involve the development of both planned and ad-hoc content, publishing, and facilitation of promotional activities on social media.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and the evolving analytics landscape.

  • Use data to make decisions and tell a story.

  • Understand the different platforms and uses of social media, beyond just publishing content.

  • Monitor and report performance of published social content and community interactions.

  • Work closely with the paid social team to make sure that the optimal content is used and tested.

  • Manage our reputation scores and action plans to improve our positioning.


Who you are:



  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Social Media, Community or Reputation management

  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms.

  • Experience with Community Management and interacting with consumers.

  • Leadership ability and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and effectively and clearly present new ideas.

  • Ability to work well and communicate within a team.

  • Experience working successfully with high-profile strategic partners.

  • Knowledge of current social media and industry trends.

  • Incredible attention to detail and intolerance for errors.

  • Knowledge of paid social and content production is a plus.

  • Fluent in English (and another European language is a strong plus)

  • Collaborative and hands-on spirit while dealing with Human Resources needs;

  • Outstanding at solving complex problems that require logical reasoning and good intuition;

  • Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment;
