The team you'll be part of



Our Business Group is Remote Project Management inside Deploy Stream. In our team your mission will be Support and monitor service supplier when they are performing site implementation activities at site to improve quality, reduce lead-time and avoid clean-up -> 1st time right.
Support Nokia Local Teams and our Customers by providing Remote Project Management Services as other Backoffice Admin activities.
We are driven by strong standardization methods, implementing innovation initiatives to improve processes and respective lead times.

What you will learn and contribute to



Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:


  • Being part of Project Mgmt team, you will support other teams, acting as an umbrella regarding Rollout Mgmt and control activities, in order to efficiently optimize E2E Rollout processes

  • Continuous Project Management Planning and implementation of the Project Management Plan

  • Contributes to the customization of global e2e operational processes to project requirements (e.g., network operations processes, supply chain process, logistics processes, acceptance process etc.) and ensures it is aligned with Nokia MoO

  • Contributes proactively to Project Management and Delivery Processes Planning to reflect the changing environment

  • Contributing to achieving the project targets set in the PTA to for the applicable part(s)

  • Ensures that services delivery management relies on fact based and verified schedules and forecasts (or the applicable part of the project scope)

Your skills and experience



You have:



  • Established skills and knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline. Uses functionally specific knowledge. Typically, 3-5 years directly related experience and a graduate equivalent degree

  • Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar (preferential)

  • Knowledge of Telecom site rollout processes, installation, Documentation validation; Self Motivated, handle Multiple Tasks; Strong capability to deliver according to scope and time; Capacity to work in teams; Health & safety awareness; Good Communication Skills; Team Player

  • Excellent English skill and preferably others such as German, Spanish, French, Italian, Danish


It would be nice if you also had:


  • Knowledge of Nokia environment (Experience in RPM Projects is preferential)

  • Result Oriented, (KPI oriented); Problem solving capacity; Leadership capacity (fundamental)
