You will join our dynamic Nokia Technologies (TECH) Operations organization, Licensing Solutions team and work with cross-functional teams to drive for the operational excellence and continuous improvement of the TECH Salesforce platform to support the growth of Nokia?s licensing business.

What you will learn and contribute to

As a Salesforce Senior Developer you will participate in Salesforce Development (Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, CLM/Conga) to build further capabilities for our licensing sales operations and revenue management systems.

As part of the team you will:

• Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions and technical architecture on the Salesforce platform.


• Assess the impact of requirements and recommend solution choices, determining trade-offs and impact analysis.


• Perform application design reviews, and creation of appropriate technical architectural design documentation for new developments.


• Maintain and optimize full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Apex, LWC, APIs and Force.com applications


• Maintain proper documentation for all processes including technical design components and standard operating procedures in accordance with business requirements.


• Support the project team and production administrators in case of issues.


• Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex system functionality for the business user.

Your skills and experience

You have:

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Salesforce platform development with knowledge of systems architecture, systems lifecycle, application design.


• Salesforce platform development knowledge (Apex, LWC and Force.com tools and applications, along with declarative, low-code solutions)


• Bachelor?s or master?s degree in computer science or comparable professional experience.


• Solid understanding of version control systems (Git)


• Experience with SDLC methodologies ? ?Modified Agile?/Scrum and related tools (JIRA).


• "Can-do" attitude, pro-active, self-driven and consultative skills.


• Analytical thinking and problem solving.


• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.


• Relevant Salesforce Development certifications (Admin/Adv. Admin/PD1/App builder)


• Knowledge of general salesforce integration technologies such as with other cloud platforms (Azure/SAP) is good to have.


• Fluent spoken and written English.
