We are searching for an exceptional Sales Promotor to join our small and agile start-up team. Our Sales Promotor play a key role in introducing our new cruise brand to the Portuguese trade travel marketplace.

Successful candidates are able to:

  Prospect and hunt, online and offline, for new travel partnerships and FIT?s
• 
  Develop and execute penetration strategies that are in-line with the company?s overall sales strategy
• 
  Maintain strong and effective long-term relationships that are consistent and continue to evolve with company objectives
• 
  Leverage technology and social media platforms to provide robust training and elevate engagement with our Brand; seize any virtual training opportunities in an effort to reach the largest audience as possible
• 
  Respond to customer needs and process all paperwork in a timely manner.
• 
  Ensure that marketing collateral is utilized effectively and efficiently; manage inventory and distribution appropriately
• 
  Use company CRM tools to maintain territory database, record sales activities, distribute travel partner production reports and manage e-mail communication
• 
  Support and oversee marketing initiatives executed by travel partners.

• 
  Hotel or Travel Agency experience or Degree in Hospitality Management
• 
  Strongly customer oriented
• 
  Minimum experience of 2 years in similar functions
• 
  Knowledge of MS Office from the user's perspective
• 
  Fluency in English (mandatory)
• 
  Ability to manage by objectives and work under pressure
• 
  Immediate availability
• 
  Ability to travel within Portugal
• 
  Proficient with the Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) as well as internet, conference call and webinar tools
• 
  Proficiency using Microsoft Teams and Video Conferencing platforms
