Job Description


Your contribution to something big:


As the "right hand" of the Operations Manager and working on a fast-pace environment, you will ensure an operation with a high standard of organization and planning, as well as efficient and profitable. We are looking for a methodical professional, with the highest capacity for organization and attention to detail.


Main functions and responsibilities:


  • Operations and services planning (workforce management)
  • Reporting and Analysis

  • Leadership of profitability improvement programs
  • Analysis and monitoring of customer satisfaction KPIs (e.g. NPS, C-SAT)

  • Project administration

  • Strong focus on tracking and traceability (e.g. KPIs, measures, projects, profitability, protocols, agreements)



Qualifications


What distinguishes you:


  • Professional with completed university studies in a relevant field

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar functions (preferably in contact centers or services sector)

  • Extensive knowledge of BI tools and Excel proficiency

  • Analytical thinking and with ease for calculations

  • Strong focus on results and profitability

  • Bilingual Portuguese-English (exclusive)

  • Empathetic and open team player: transparent, good communicator, easy to get along with, cooperative and supportive with colleagues and clients

  • Knowledge and experience with process automation tools is a plus (RPA, AI)
