We?re looking for a highly motivated and talented Account Billing Manager to join Sanjow's team in Lisbon. Your main responsibilities include developing key relationships with Payment Service Providers and monitoring closely our KPI?s. You should have demonstrated knowledge/passion for the e-commerce sector. We?re a small team at Sanjow, be ready to get your hands dirty!

We are a European e-commerce group specialized in digital services. At Sanjow, we make admin stuff easy, and we rock at it! Our businesses are mainly focused on the UK, but we are moving overseas and have a pipe of new ideas to be launched soon with you. Our brand's name comes from the contraction of support in Japanese ("sanjo") and flow. It is part of our brand's DNA to assist individuals and businesses with our turnkey online solutions.

You will work directly with senior team members to:

• Supervise and manage all billing processes with our PSP (payment processing companies)
• Verify and assess all bills before processing.
  
• Strengthen relationships with current Payment Service Providers
  
• Search, onboard and develop new partnerships with Payment Service Providers
  
• Implement quality billing practices and procedures.
  
• Manage payment disputes using our chargeback remediation solution
  
• Implements new ideas to improve general merchant account reputation
  
• Develop best-practice techniques along with senior team members
  
• Get involved in future projects
  
• Add value to business each day by providing the right information at the right time

Requirements

• Degree in business management preferred
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good organizational and time management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
• Ability to prioritize.
  
• Ability to take the initiative
  
• Some advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Ninja level is a plus)
  
• A multicultural background is a plus, you have explored the world and ideally, speak more than two languages
  
• Ideally some form of entrepreneurial experience
  
• Curiosity, passion, a lot of energy, ambition and a great sense of humour (or at least one we can understand)
