Your responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, evaluate and support G Suite rollouts all over the world (remotely)

• Provide support to Helpdesk on complicated situations (level 3)

• Find the best tools and processes to help the level 2 support run efficiently

• Collaborate with an agile team on a international level to ensure the projects are successfully delivered

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s or master?s degree in Computer Science or related fields

• At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure/system maintenance, architecture and engineering

• Have some level of knowledge (1 year) of Google Workspace (G Suite) both from the user and admin perspective

• Experience with Active Directory and/or Exchange

• Fluency in English

• Know how mail is routed and have notions of what MX, SPF and DKIM are

• Some practice with AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus

• Scripting knowledge like python, javascript etc is a plus

• Available to travel to the HQ in Germany every now and then
