What you will be doing:

As part of the Treasury Operations team you would be in charge of:

• Monitoring the timely execution of payments, improving Vendor satisfaction, and allowing tighter control over cash flows;
• 
  Ensuring all payments have been properly forecasted;
• 
  Obtaining approvals on payments;
• 
  Processing payments using payment gateways (Kyriba or Payment Service Providers), following standard processes and approval flows;
• 
  Maintaining payment details of beneficiaries, with tight controls;
• 
  Liaising with the operational companies on all payment-related questions;
• 
  Reconciling bank movements to accounting.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in Treasury, ideally in an international company with exposure to foreign exchange challenges.

What we are looking for:

• Background in Accounting/Management/Finance or equivalent training;
• 
  Mandatory previous experience in an admin position (in Finance/treasury or payables team);
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• 
  Detail-oriented mindset;
• 
  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
• 
  Hands-on attitude, because e-commerce is 50% operations and processes;
• 
  Passion for making things happen and excited about identifying and delivering simple solutions to complex problems;
• 
  Fluent in English both verbal and written / French is a plus.
