Your profile

• 
  Your mother tongue is German
• You are proficient in English (C1)
• You have great communication skills, coupled with empathy
• You are able to work on a shift system from Monday to Friday
• You are EU resident, or you have a valid work permit

***Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus, but not required

Your responsibilities

• 
  Support partners and customers in government, politics and other stakeholders via email
• Advice and train business customers by solving operational, financial and product-specific issues
• Identify potential areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with various departments of the company in order to enable smooth communication
• Use of various tools (MX Excel, Salesforce);
