Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Within a cross functional product development team, you will have the main responsibility of supporting the areas of purchasing engineering and project management and create added value in accelerating our development processes supporting the team on their deliverables.
The key responsibilities are the following:

• 
  Support on the project planning and tracking of activities together with reporting for internal and external stakeholders;
• 
  Maintain project KPIs and deliverables status updated according to the project status, e.g., project budget and costs, risk matrix and timeline;
• 
  Prepare, participate and actively follow technical discussions with external suppliers;
• 
  Support on the handling of external stakeholders and suppliers on having tracking of their planning, ordering and follow-up activities;
• 
  Support introduction of new parts and ordering for the different Bosch Thermotecnology plants;
• 
  Preparation of the necessary documentation to assure supplier quality, e.g., "Advanced Quality Planning" and "Total Cost of Ownership".

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• 
  Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management or similar;
• 
  Project management experience is valued;
• 
  MS Office user proficient knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint);
• 
  Structured and Analytical way of working;
• 
  Results-oriented mindset and proactive attitude;
• 
  Ability to work in a team environment;
• 
  Good communication skills;
• 
  Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
