Accenture Operations is looking for Spanish speakers to support one of our key global clients.
You will work in one of our Lisbon offices, surrounded by a melting pot of cultures and languages. There's free snacks and a game room with foosball and ping-pong tables, PlayStation or Arcade games. Be prepared for a city where the sun shines 90% of the days and the temperature is always mild.
The role involves: review of uploaded content and flagged account activity for indicators of fraudulent activity to remove content according to our Client Policy; evaluate, label and identify patterns in suspicious activity; rigorous and productive approach in delivering quality services.

Key Requirements:
Fluent/Native in written and verbal in Spanish
Good written and verbal skills in English
Experienced at using search engines to find information on the internet
Familiar with and heavy-user of social media products
Professional experience in back office or administrative task-based roles
Experience in text editing, revision or digital content analysis (desirable, not mandatory)
Complete Compulsory Education (Minimum required)
Great command of MS Office Tools
Able to work under pressure
Motivated, energic, passionate
Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time
Previous experience working within a team
Proactive and dynamic approach
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
