Operation Specialist Intern

We are looking for a passionate, proactive, hands-on and data-driven professional to support our Operations department in Portugal.
Be a part of a team where you will:
Be responsible for guaranteeing a quick and effective resolution to all courier-related queries
Manage scheduling, attendance and general administration of Info-Sessions while supporting daily operations through operational supervision and analysis of KPIs
Look for insights and proactively propose strategic initiatives to solve the key challenges and improve day-to-day processes
Communicate effectively with the local Operations Manager on customer support processes improvement opportunities
Have a Data sensitive approach, making sure that all the information is transferred to our database and reports
Support processes optimization in order to make the operation more scalable and efficient
Analyze and report daily weekly operational metrics
You have:
You are currently a University student, preferably in Management, Marketing, and/or Human Resources
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Results oriented, autonomous and efficient
Native level of Portuguese and professional level of English
Ability to deliver under pressure and eager to work in a fast changing and challenging environment
Previous internship experience is a plus
