Position Overview



A revolution cannot be done alone, and we need the best and brightest talent to continue our growth into the new modern workplace. We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new Client Success Team Lead , a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the Associate Director of Client Success, you will be supporting our Commercial Services team by managing a team of regionally based Client Success Managers and maintain their own client accounts.




Key Responsibilities



  • Lead team of Client Success Managers, serve as a coach and mentor with a focus on the development of skills and best practices.
    Coach team members in the development of account strategy and success planning.

  • For a specific set of clients, own the client relationship, implementing Elements Global Services account management principles.

  • Partner with customer stakeholders to understand client initiatives, and to identify opportunities and challenges within the relationship.

  • Drive client satisfaction, focusing on key activities designed to ensure a successful engagement. This will include revenue retention and growth management.

  • Be accountable, and hold all stakeholders accountable, to ensure world-class delivery of services in the HR services space.



About You



  • Bachelor?s Degree.

  • 3-5 years of relevant client relationship experience.

  • Supervisory or management background of at least 1 year.
