Main Technical Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years? experience in Hardware management and administration/support of Windows systems;
• Previous experience with CMDB Management;
• Interest in escalating to IBM project management functions.

Other Requirements:

• EU citizenship;
• Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
• Customer focus and service delivery;
• Good proficiency in English.
