Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• To be fully responsible for transverse file transfer platforms;
• Installation, upgrades, maintenance of the platforms;
• Production monitoring and resolution of technical incidents;
• Administration of internal and external data transfers, in connection to various partners;
• Construction of scripts and follow-up of file transfers executions;
• Application monitoring and reporting;
• To analyze and prepare accurate documentation for production;
• Incident, Problem and Change Management support, in an enterprise environment, providing 3rd level support;
• Construction and experience of Scripting Shell Unix and chains in JCL;
• Improvement and extension of operational system stability and performance;
• Develop scripts for automation and batches, in close collaboration with development teams.

Main Technical Requirements:

• Common file transfer protocols knowledge: FTP, SFTP, PeSI;
• Stonebranch Universal Agent knowledge: UDM (Data Mover), UEM (Event Monitor), UCMD (Command Manager);
• Knowledge in Swift File-Act, Swift FIN financial protocols;
• Experience with Axway Synchrony Platform: Gateway XFB, Integrator, PassPort, Sentinel, Composer, Interpel, CFT;
• Experience in Linux Admin services and tools;
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Cloud environments;
• Ability to support and monitor services on production servers;
• Technical writing skills, to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations;
• Scripting with Perl, PHP, Python is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Fluent in English;
• Experience in working alongside internal and external providers, in an international context;
• Strong tracking, coordination and planning skills;
• Quick learner, motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly;
• EU citizenship
