Our client is looking for a results-driven and analytical Sales & Marketing Manager that is experienced in sales and is able to guide their entire sales & marketing team to achieve long and short term goals. You will be responsible for managing a team and proactively looking to improve the sales process and techniques. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas, and loves the challenges that come with outbound sales in a competitive market as well as the inbound strategies of a tech startup.

What will you do?

• Create detailed go-to-market to facilitate the attainment of goals and quota


• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Sales & Marketing team


• Measure and optimize the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal


• Train the team when needed


• Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans


• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)


• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

What do you need?

• +5 years in SaaS B2B in a Sales and/or Marketing position


• +7 years work experience


• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals


• Experience in building sales strategy


• Analytical mind


• Fluent in English (Spanish and/or French is a plus)


• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles


• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot) is a plus
