Truphone?s Wholesale team is a fundamental enabler for the Truphone business and this is a critical and high-profile role at the heart of Wholesale?s activities. The Wholesale team is responsible for the establishment and management of relationships with mobile operators who provide Truphone with connectivity into our global core network from which we serve our IoT and business customers.

This includes the implementation of new technologies (e.g. VoLTE, 5G, LPWAN) and new partners whether they be MVNO?s or roaming. The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating the future of pipeline of delivery requirements to ensure a timely and appropriate delivery to allow the business to serve the ever-growing demand of its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Network Engineering Team and external partners to manage the delivery planning process.


• Track and monitor project boards/sprints in delivery, updating and escalating items for resolution when required including risk, issue, and dependency management.


• Coordination of work through regular stand-ups with the delivery teams, ensuring alignment with other project managers and key stakeholders.


• Complete project delivery documentation including any ad-hoc admin when required.


• Ensuring the timely flow of requirements, decisions problem solving and removing any blockers for the development teams to maintain delivery schedule compliance and to maximize development velocity and quality.


• Act as the single point of contact between the Wholesale & Network teams.

Requirements:
,Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 5 years Telco/Tech industry experience.


• Familiar with Mobile Networks and its architecture, with understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G related technologies, systems and protocols.


• Basic knowledge of network protocols e.g. MAP, CAMEL, SIGTRAN, DIAMETER, ISUP, SIP.


• An experienced project delivery professional leader who has a strong reputation and who has held a high level of influence within their current or previous role.


• Ability to encourage cross-functional working to achieve the best results along with the ability to influence, negotiate and achieve consensus across a wide range of stakeholders.


• Strong co-ordinator ensuring the right decisions are made by the right people. You are not afraid to have difficult conversations to manage expectations, ensure productivity and keep projects on track.


• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage 2-3 projects concurrently.


• Keen attention to detail and quality assurance, documentation, and report writing experience is advantageous.


• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and JIRA Agile.
