Creative Director

• Provide high level direction on all creative output


• Push creative boundaries to ensure that we build industry-leading brands


• Define clear goals and prioritize team resources accordingly


• Mentor and inspire the Creative team at Emma, give and solicit feedback in order to continually raise our bar for quality


• Collaborate cross-functionally with C-level management, marketing and product leadership to ensure a smooth brand/product development process


• Ensure deadlines are met and team members are setup for overall success


• Attract and retain the best creative talent
