As the heart and soul of Emma?s design team, you will help us become the leading sleep company worldwide by enhancing and pushing our brand to the next level.

This is what you'll do:

• You will be responsible for building, leveraging and amplifying Emma?s brand communication
  and the brand values of our products across all channels


• You will collaborate closely with C-level management, marketing, and development
  
  teams to implement design strategies, concepts, and design systems across the
  
  entire customer journey


• You will strengthen our visual brand identity from the bottom up ? enhancing tonality, visual style, and elements for all global assets (online and offline)


• You will be our brand keeper, establishing consistent visual guidelines for all our markets


• You will regularly present your ideas and progress to company stakeholders


• You will lead and inspire a small team of creatives

This is what you'll bring to us:

• Strong design portfolio with a digital focus


• Several years of experience in a creative agency or design environment in a leading design role


• Proven ability to prioritize and lead complex design projects


• Deep understanding of design fundamentals such as imagery, typography, usability, and interaction design


• Natural leadership skills with a deep interest in mentoring and developing junior designers


• You are curious, constantly question the status quo and are confident in voicing an opinion


• The Adobe Suite is a must, be it Photoshop, Illustrator or Xd


• Strong ability to adapt to changes, work effectively under pressure and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment.


• Good communication and collaboration skills
