The project:

You will be providing services for a cloud service provider, which rents out the combination of technology, infrastructure, and expertise to other companies and individuals for the purpose of cloud computing, including online storage, compute, and networking over the Internet.



Your main responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist:

Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
Deliver a high quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience.
Follow up customer queries until they are fully resolved and meet commitments within agreed deadlines.
Interact with the various departments to ensure smooth processing of the customer request.


The ideal candidate is a fluent French speaker (C2) with communicative English skills of at least B2 level.

Previous Customer Service experience is mandatory.
