Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct market analyses, valuations, and property viewings.
• Ensure successful transactions from pre-sale to after-sale.
• Stay informed about market trends/industry developments.
• Collaborate with team to execute marketing strategies and deliver a reliable service.


Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Real Estate or similar role in sales/client relations.
• Excellent communication/negotiation skills; knowledge of local market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese—additional languages a bonus.
