Contact Center French (M/F) Porto Full-time

We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our client’s backoffice team with great written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails and texts from clients in a professional and respectfully way;
Provide precises information about products, services and specific questions;
Solve problems and find solutions to guarantee our clients satisfaction
Register and update the clients interaction in the right system;
Collaborate with the team in order to improve the service process and quality
Requirements:
Be fluent in french (C2 level)
Previous experience in customer service or contact center will be considered;
Ability to deal with challenging situations and stay calm under pressure;
Excellent skills in solving problems and empathize with the customer;
Basic knowledge in CRM systems and ability to learn about new technologies;
Flexibility in working hours and availability to work in rotating shifts;
