PRODUCT & SALES MANAGER m/f
Location: Guimarães, Portugal
Responsibilities:
• Define customer needs/expectations and ensure customer requirements are communicated throu-ghout the organization;
• Travel internationally to call on existing accounts, focusing on customer retention, growing existing accounts and finding new prospects;
• Product management;
• Cultivate and maintain appropriate customer relationships with key customer individuals;•
• Recognize and expand opportunities at existing and new customers/markets, bringing new solutions and added value to customers;
• Study and prepare formal proposals, including pricing and technical specifications within the com-pany’s procedures;
• Prepare and follow up budget, orders and quotes.
Conditions to Apply:
• Good presentation and easy expression;
• English fluently spoken and written;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• College Degree, preferably in Engineering;
• Knowledge of common software applications;
• Availability for travelling;
• Capacity to represent the company in a professional and dignified manner within large international accounts;

• Proven experience in Technical Sales, Product Management and Product Innovation;
• Ability to influence at various levels across the organization;
• Ability to handle multiple priorities;
• CRM knowledge;
• Proven experience in Industrial Environment;
• Knowledge of more languages, including French and Spanish.
