Key Performance Area’s (include but are not limited to:

• Partnership Development
• Sourcing new leads for further business development
• Performance management
• Customer Engagement and Support
• Act as the Face-to-Face support for Smart

This is a business-to-business role and the key to success in this role entails working with new and existing partners and introducers to generate leads through building and nurturing effective relationships.

Critical to this role will be the ability to develop both internal and external relationships as this role will encompass working closely with the internal sales and trading teams.

This is a sales role, therefore the ability to sell is essential. In addition sound account management skills will also have an influence on success.

The position should be an ambassador of our values of Customer Service, Respect and People.

Requirements:
• 2 Years Sales Experience in the Overseas Property Industry/Wealth Management/Financial Services/Travel Industry
• Experience in partnerships acquisition and management beneficial
• The ability to influence and drive performance
• Experience of working in sales environment, as this is a Sales Role
• Computer Literate

This role will report directly into the International Business Development Manager (Private Client)
