Enrollment Specialist (m/f)

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for enrollment related tasks at the company.

Responsibilities

· Initiate outbound calls and receive inbound calls to businesses to assist supplier in activating their profile

· Encourage companies to convert to electronic payments by joining the company responding to supplier objections with approved call scripts.

· Ability to quickly adjust performance based on feedback from call shadowing, coaching, QA, and QoS reports.

· Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

· Two years of general office experience, preferably in a technical environment

· Customer Support experience

· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Strong listening and analytical skills

· Ability to explain product features in a business-to-business tele-sales setting

· Intermediate level of knowledge with Internet technology

· Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment

· Experience with MS Office applications

· Fluent in English and French
